Cresta Mini Hydro Power Project is a 4 MW run-of-river mini-hydro on the Buhindagi River in Uganda. The project was developed by CVL. Transaction Advisory
Kafue Gorge 750 MW Hydro Project - Zambia
CVL is provided transaction advisory services to develop a greenfield 750 MW hydro power plant on Kafue River in Zambia to Kafue Gorge Lower Power Development Corporation Limited. The total estimated cost of developing the project is in excess of USD 2 billion.
Corporate restructuring and divestment of NDPHC assets
CVL is providing transaction advisory services to Niger Delta Power Holding Company of Nigeria (para state-owned corporation) to divest 10 gas-fired power plants totaling about 4,500 MW capacity and associated gas, transmission and distribution infrastructure.
