CVL was incorporated as a subsidiary of CPCS Transcom Ltd. Subsequently, as envisaged at the time of its creation, the relationship between the two entities was ended and CVL became an entirely independent entity. CVL pursues early-stage development projects, partnering with world-class infrastructure investors at or before financial close.
